Location: Centre St. Pierre, 1212, rue Panet, Montréal, QC, H2L 2Y7

***This event will be held in French with bilingual reference material available.***

Join leaders from volunteer centres, non-profit organizations, as well as those interested in community engagement in business, governments, and education for a summit on screening volunteers. The summit will begin with an update on the current context on screening volunteers including standards of practice and the specific social-political context among the provinces and territories.  This will serve as a springboard for table discussions with your colleagues about the social, ethical, and practical implications of screening policies and practices.  Participants are encouraged to review the summaries from previous dialogues on screening (2014) (2015) as well as to review the 2012 Edition of the Screening Handbook

Please also join us for Volunteer Canada's 39th Annual General Meeting, just before the Policy Summit.
For information about the AGM, please contact Anne Hamelin ahamelin@volunteer.ca or 1-800-670-0401 ext. 280.
