Employee Autonomy in Corporate Citizenship

Learn from Wendy Cooper, Senior Specialist Global Partnerships at Sun Life about the power of giving employees choice.

Sun Life's Employee Giving Programs are a demonstration of the organization's purpose: Canadian’s living healthier lives and empowering their employees to drive social impact in the communities where they live and work. In addition to benefiting the community, employee giving drives organizational strength across multiple touch points that are imperative to fueling recruitment, engagement & retention. Over the past couple of years, Sun Life tested new approaches, resulting in an optimized Employee Giving Program framework which was launched January 1, 2021. Wendy will discuss Sun Life’s Employee Giving program history and evolution and where she sees the program heading into 2022.
